Science fiction (Sci-fi) is a genre of film that focuses scientific and often times futuristic concepts. Many of these films contain scientific phenomenons such as time/space travel or aliens. While the content seen in science fiction is frequently unearthly, it does not include elements of fantasy (wizardry, spirituality etc). Also, this list does not include films that focus on horror, or those that are animated.
