From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Yukinori Ishizuka better known as Unshō Ishizuka (May 16, 1951 - ) is a Japanese seiyū from Katsuyama, Fukui. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and also provides the voice for the Narrator and Professor Oak on Pokémon. During the Johto saga, he voiced Jasmine's Steelix, Pryce's Piloswine, Clair's Gyarados and also Ash's Kingle Expand
